In order to encourage water conservancy students to study hard and work hard, and to create a better social environment that respects knowledge and cherish talents, and cultivates more and better socialist builders and successors of moral, intellectual and physical development.
First, the selection object
The national water conservancy outstanding graduates are selected for the full-time undergraduate graduating class of the national water conservancy major.
Second, the selection criteria
1. Love the motherland, support the leadership of the Communist Party of China, abide by various school rules and regulations, have good moral quality and behavioral habits, be honest and trustworthy;
2. Caring about current affairs, obeying laws and regulations, and having good conduct; all aspects of the school can play an exemplary role in the school;
3. Actively participate in physical exercise and recreational activities, have good living habits and psychological qualities, be physically and mentally healthy, and be optimistic and enterprising;
4, love the majors studied, excellent results; comprehensive evaluation results reach the top 5% of the grade;
5, passed the National English Test Band 6.

1. Has won national or provincial honor or competition awards;

Third, the selection method
1. Classes of various water conservancy majors should be widely mobilized, actively recommended and self-recommended, and recommended to the college after class evaluation.
2. After the joint evaluation and public announcement by the college, report to the secretariat of the sponsors of the National Water Conservancy Outstanding Graduates, the Water Conservancy Teaching Steering Committee of the Higher Education Institution, and the Higher Education Branch of the China Water Conservancy Education Association to organize the final selection. Fourth, other matters
1. Students who are rated as outstanding graduates will be disqualified from their outstanding graduates if they are not subject to administrative sanctions or graduation design due to violation of discipline;
2.
