  •  (1) Jiecang Cang, male, born in 1963, doctor, professor, doctoral tutor, obtained a doctorate in hydrology and water resources in May 1994, and a postdoctoral fellow in Heilongjiang University's water conservancy project in December 1997. Mainly engaged in water resources planning and management, emergency response to flood and drought disasters, water and soil resources allocation, integrated integration decision-making and water conservancy information research, and presided over the National 863 Program, the National Natural Science Foundation, the National Science and Technology Support Program, and the National Key Research and Development Program.     (2) Fei Liangjun, male, born in 1963, doctor, professor, doctoral tutor. He received his Ph.D. in Hydrology and Water Resources in 1997 and was awarded the honorary doctoral thesis of Shaanxi Province. Mainly engaged in water-saving irrigation theory and technology, farmland water conservancy project planning and management, agricultural water resources utilization and other aspects of teaching and research work. He has published more than 200 academic papers, including more than 70 papers by SCI and EI, and hosted 5 projects of the National Natural Science Foundation of China. He presided over and participated in national key research and development project sub-topics, national science and technology support projects, and special projects of the Ministry of Agriculture.     (4) Zheng Xing, male, born in 1973, professor, doctoral tutor. In 2010, he graduated from the Technical University of Berlin, Germany, and holds a Ph.D. in Water Quality Control Engineering (Environmental Engineering). The main research direction is ultrafiltration membrane pollution and control, and the research on membrane technology application, membrane pollution analysis and control, submicron size organic matter analysis in water and optimization of pesticide application in water treatment process. In 2011, he worked as a postdoctoral fellow at the “Desalination and Water Reuse Center” at King Abdullah University of Science and Technology.     (5) Li Peng, male, born in 1974, professor, doctoral tutor. It is mainly engaged in the multi-process coupling mechanism of water-soil-nutrients in arid and semi-arid areas, the dynamic process and prediction model of rainfall erosion and sediment yield in the basin, and the ecological environment response under the coupling of “natural-human”. He has presided over and participated in more than 20 national, provincial and ministerial key projects such as the National Natural Science Foundation, the National Science and Technology Support Program, the "973 Program" topic, and the Shaanxi Provincial Natural Science Fund Key Project. The remaining 100 papers have been published in academic journals at home and abroad, including more than 40 articles in SCI and EI.     (6) Wang Ni, female, born in 1974, doctor, professor, doctoral tutor. In 2009, he was a visiting scholar at the University of Alberta, Canada.     (7) Luo Jungang, male, born in 1981, doctor, professor, doctoral tutor. The main research direction is water conservancy informationization, water resources management and allocation decision-making. He has presided over more than 10 items including the National Natural Science Foundation, the National “863” Program, the National Public Welfare Industry Research Sub-quest, the China Postdoctoral Science Fund, and the Shaanxi Provincial Science and Technology Research Program.     (10) Feng Minquan, male, born in 1964, doctor, professor, doctoral tutor. He is currently the deputy director of the National Key Laboratory Breeding Base of Ecological and Water Conservancy Engineering in the Northwest Arid Region. Has long been engaged in water environment simulation and prediction, environmental hydraulics and other aspects of teaching and research work.
