By hosting or hosting international, regional and national large-scale academic conferences, the laboratory will give full play to the important bases and windows for academic exchanges in water science research at home and abroad. In the past five years, the laboratory has held one international academic conference and eight domestic academic conferences. In 2011, the International Symposium on Climate Change Impacts on Water Resources in Arid and Semi-Arid Regions was held in 2011. The "18th Cross-Strait Water Conservancy Science and Technology Exchange Seminar" hosted in October 2014 was a well-known expert and professor at home and abroad. Scholars provide a platform for academic exchanges.
