At 16:10 pm on April 30th, 2014, the alumni of the 65th anniversary of the founding of the school was held in the lecture hall of Qujiang Library. The outstanding alumni of our school and the chairman of Xi'an Printing and Packaging Industry Base (Group) Development Co., Ltd. Yuan Xuewu made a report entitled "My Dream of Dreams". Director of the Department of Student Ma Ning, Secretary of the Water Resources and Hydropower Institute Wang Cheng, Deputy Secretary Luo Jianhua and Vice President attended the report together with more than 400 students from the school.
In the report, Chairman Yuan Xuewu said by recalling the wonderful experience during his tenure from 1982 to 1992: The ten years of staying in school is the most precious and meaningful decade in life. During this decade, he completed the transition from student to teacher. Especially in the process of leading students to social practice in Pucheng and Northern Shaanxi, they have established a profound friendship with the students. After graduation, these students have become the backbone and leaders of various industries. During his tenure as deputy dean of the School of Hydropower, it was a "painful and happy day." Young people must have a spirit of vigor and hard work. This is "a kind of wealth in life." When talking about the process of doing business in the sea, Chairman Yuan shared his valuable experience with the students. First of all, enthusiasm is the most important condition for success. To have the vitality of young people, we must dare to fight for our dreams. Secondly, in the road of growing up and becoming talented, no matter how many difficulties and bumps are encountered, we should persist and find ways to overcome difficulties. In this way, we can go further and further on the road to success. In the end, Chairman Yuan Xuewu placed deep hopes on the students. He hoped that the students would study hard and make progress in the future work, becoming an industry elite and leading figure in all walks of life. We must cherish our eyes and work hard in the present, and we must not wait until we die of youth: "Where is the time?"

Chairman Yuan Xuewu combined his experience of studying and working in school with 22 years of entrepreneurial experience and personal experience of hard work and brilliant career. He shared his own journey of growing up with his classmates in simple language. Both the interpretation of the connotation of the professional industry and the outreach analysis of the employment and entrepreneurship have enabled the students to broaden their thinking and increase their knowledge. On the road to growing up, college students are easy to grow up, and they are not easy to learn, and they learn and cherish.
